Since Night at the Museum has been out for a couple weeks now and many of you may have already viewed it, I'm going to keep my review short.
Night of the Museum, while entertaining, fails to live up to it's potential. There were so many cool ideas and fun characters, but the story just doesn't cut it. It does provide two hours of entertainment and some great images, but I'm not sure it's worth the price of admission on a Friday night at the theater. I suggest a mattinee or waiting for a rental.

|---|---|
| Plot/Storyline Simple, but fun story fails to live up to it's potential. It was somewhat entertaining though. |

| Acting/Characters There are a lot of really fun characters here, but the actors don't seem to do all that much with them. |

| Visuals/Sound The special effects are a mixed bag. Some are great and some bad. However, seeing the museum come to life is pretty cool. |
7.5 |
| Replay Some may like it enough to watch it again, but for me once was enough. That doesn't mean I wouldn't watch it if I came across it on tv or something though. |
