Just wanted to add a little comment to the post since I have not written much in a while. For those of you out there that like Napoleon Dynamite, Nacho Libre may be right up your alley. Personally neither of those movies were for me, but I do not want to discount it for those out there that are fans of the Dynamite man.
Another thought. For those that have viewed my review of The Departed, I have decided to edit it. After having slept through the night I woke up feeling much more satisfied with the movie, and I apologize for having judged it so quickly.
Plus, I was walking through the video store the other day and saw the DVD Serenity and have to highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good action/sci-fi movie. I only mention this because one of the main characters in Slither is the main character in Serenity. So trust my judgment and go out and rent Serenity stat. You will not be disappointed.

Hey guys and gals, Brent here with a quick look at the new DVD's that are being released today. The main ones are Slither, Nacho Libre, Monster House, and An American Haunting. Sam wrote up a review for Monster House and it seems he didn't care for it too much, but I may still give it a rent. And although we don't have a review on here, Sam and I saw Nacho Libre and were both a little disappointed, but it's not a terrible movie. I definitely plan to rent Slither though, I'm a sucker for cheesy horror movies.
Thats all for now, I'll probably be posting later in the week with my take on new releases in theaters.

Hey everyone. I thought I would post about some of the movies hitting theaters this weekend. The major ones include The Prestige, Marie Antoinette, and Flags of Our Fathers. I'll probably be seeing The Prestige as I'm a fan of director Chris Nolan and actor Christian Bale.
Early reviews seem kind of mixed so far, with some being more negative. I hope they are wrong, I've been looking forward to this one for a while. As for the others, I will probably try to see Flags of Our Fathers, but it's not a main priority. Marie Antoinette will probably have to wait until DVD. I just don't have an interest for it.
Nightmare Before Christmas 3D will also be in theaters this weekend which is pretty cool. I love the movie and would love to see it on the big screen, but I'm not sure if I'll have time for that. Anyway, look for a review on The Prestige sometime Saturday.
